We have a long history of strong leaders in District 12 who think outside of the box, not only bringing new ideas to the table, but making those ideas materialize into improved services for our locals and their members.  NVP Hudson is not an exeption to that rule. 

District 12 employs four full time National Representatives on our staff offering to our locals nearly 100 years of combined experience and advice.  Each of our representatives has a wealth of experience in all aspects of federal sector representation while each excels in different areas. They assist our locals in everything from step 1 greivances to EEO cases, MSPB cases, arbitrations and contract negotiations.   

In 2005 AFGE District 12 was one of the first Districts to attain a backpay attorney working soley on assisting our locals to take wrongful termination cases involving backpay to the employee.  Backpay attorneys Steven Zachary & Micheal Pazder were instrumental in making the program a great success.  Today AFGE employs several backpay attorneys stationed in District's throughout the federation.   Attorney Michael Pazder continues to work full time in District 12 assisting our locals to win in arbitrations involving backpay cases.

In 2008 NVP Hudson was able to open a training center as part of our District 12 office.  This has allowed us to offer free monthly trainings to members of our local's giving them the knowlege and tools necessary to lead their locals to success.
